1. We take responsibility of all our employees working at your factory premises. We follow all Rules & Regulations of  Statutory Compliances. We do provide statutory benefits like ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity etc to our employees.

2. We pay wages to our entire workman as per the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 or as decided by mutual discussion with our
officials from time to time.

3. We cover all employees under the provision of ESIC and PF Act and shall maintain all statutory records required under the said Act.

4. We shall obtain licence under Contract Labor (R & A) Act 1970 of our Contract employees, if the proposed employment exceeds 20. All other statutory records shall be maintained by us, as required under various labor Acts.

5. We also ensure a periodical rotation of our workmen so that no long term workmen's liability of any kind exists.

6. We shall submit our bill on the 1st of each month along with our compliance documents of previous month which shall be payable by 4th of the month to enable us to pay the wages to our workmen by the 7th of that month.
